To Whom It May Concern:
I was elected by fellow classmates to plan my high school's 45th reunion this coming October. Since we did not have our 40th due to COVID in 2020, we have a great deal of demand from alumni to make this year’s reunion very special. Tasked with creating a reunion website but with no knowledge about how to do this, I began researching vendor sites online to identify a manageable, user-friendly option that fit our needs. After an exhaustive search, I chose Reunion Manager for two main reasons: the price and the company's documented experience doing exactly what we were looking for. I had the pleasure of working with tour support dept. and emailed then around 10:00 pm with a question about our developing our site. Not only did they respond within 10 minutes, but they also gave me their cell number so I could call or text if I had any other questions or challenges. Talk about having a friend at the factory! I must have reached out more than a dozen times, and they never made me feel like a pain. they were professional, empathetic, patient and very personable. I have shared with friends and family how satisfied I was developing our website and will be using Reunion Manager again for our 50th reunion, as I could not ask for a better customer service-centric company.
